      Has the hierarchy, internal structures, roles very streamlined. Offers a good working enviroment. Has multiple tie ups with reputed institutes starting with Insead to provide educational training to professionals to bridge the gap

      Cons

      The salary structure needs to be reviewed . The incentives planned for consultants are great.

      Pros

      Loved my team. My Manager was incredibly supportive, understand, and always rooting for myself as well as my teammate's success. Remote work was highly flexible and accommodating.

      Cons

      Pay was a little low and you don't get paid for holidays in your probationary period but there's growth opportunities after 6 months of employment.

      Quick and easy employment and all at your fingertips within an app instead of calling in or sitting down with a staffing rep or waiting for a phone call.

      Cons

      Only warehouse positions actively staffed for and wages leave a lot to be desired on most contracts.
