Ausy India lacks ethics, work culture and respect. Employees definitely experience many difficulties. - Senior Software Engineer Randstad Digital Employee Review

Pros

There are a lot of young talents in the organization and if given the right direction will do well. Those who wants to become a cruel and rude manager in future, you will definitely learn from here. You will also get a chance to learn from managers how to create a spontaneous reason in denying a request. (Not all managers few are like this). You will get some good customers from avionics field to work with if you are lucky.

Cons

Poor office infrastructure. Pathetic employee management in Ausy India. No transparency between the teams and their managers. Salary is average and nothing great. You will not get a good hike, the formula followed by HR to decide a hike is very very impractical. You can hear lot of shouting from MD's cabin always. Employment bonds are made for employees who travel abroad for any customer requirements or for any training, also if some one reimburse any course fee. Top management has a very immature and cheap approach towards an employee who decided to resign. They will forget all the good service that he done in past.

Cons overwhelmingly are more than pros

Cons

New contractors be wary: Document everything with your recruiter before receiving your onboarding package. Also, document every single interaction you have with them before and during your assignment. You will be asked to sign an overwhelming volume of documents (approximately 37 forms) in a very tight window. Make sure you meticulously review your contract terms, assignment lengths, and arbitration clauses the most critical one being that if anything goes wrong during your assignment, you waive your right to sue them in court. Always ensure you document everything and contact state or federal labor agencies immediately if overwhelming compliance issues occur. I highly recommend running the contract content and text through AI software to catch hidden clauses, and ensure every verbal promise made by a recruiter or supervisor is immediately confirmed by you in writing. The recruitment process felt incredibly predatory and non-transparent. In my experience, communication completely dropped off and I was met with total silence from agency staff once the assignment was underway. Always document every single interaction, address onboarding pressure immediately in writing, and do not hesitate to involve attorney general and state labor officials if you encounter compliance issues (such as discrimination, sick leave rights or dangerous conditions), especially during the assignment.
