      Company is on a downhill, employees in high salaried regions being laid off for those in cheaper regions, unexpected layoffs, prospects aren't great with the advent of AI, no career growth potential, no possibility of overtime.

      Excellent place to gain hands-on experience with AI/ML training data workflows. The project guidelines are very clear and structured.

      Cons

      The work is highly repetitive and sitting for long hours requires deep focus. Deadlines are tight with strict weekly accuracy quotas.
