Pros
Nice if your not an engineer. Raises and bonuses were good but have taken a hit with economic woes and professional managers wanting to make themselves look good. It's a good place for a newbie engineer to start and boost salary. Don't stay over 3 years if smart.
Cons
QC use to be a company run by engineers and for engineers. Now taken over by professional non engineer managers who need to "show" how well they manage. Engineers are now considered easily replaceable. Also, medical benefits took a nose dive starting this year.
