Poor management breeds discontent - Senior Systems Analyst Qualcomm Employee Review

The review process is a joke. It happens twice a year and is just a way for employees to bash each other anonymously. Management would rather pit workers against each other than actually manage their employees. Expect a management re-org at least every three months. Execution of any idea there is almost non-existent. It may have been a good company at one point but it's definitely going down the tubes. For proof of that look at their stock price.
