Business Outlook
Pros
Lot of smart people willing to collaborate. Projects move at fast pace. Decisions are usually fast unless it is across divisions. Top Management is strategic, open, and no (known) scandals. Many top people are also easy to approach to. Lots of perks and some fun activities (if you have time to participate)
Cons
Lot of hierarchy - too many directors/sr. directors etc. Earlier it was engineer heavy company, now it is is heavy management. This limits internal growth tremendously. Also unless some top management likes you, there is little scope for advancement. Work/life balance is only on the paper - some projects have insane work schedules and email floods your inbox and you are expected to respond "ASAP".
