Professional work environment. Health plan is fully paid by employer. Good 401k matching with incentive to maximize contributions. A decent ESPP is available for employees. Good charity matching programs.
Cons
Flexible Time off policy means obtaining vacations will become difficult as they are subject to approval. Decline in stock value means retention RSUs aren't really worth a whole lot compared to rest of industry. Signing bonuses can easily outmatch retention awards. Many employees have left as a result and will continue to leave. Company no longer has a strong technology advantage in comparison to competitors. Management may be making poor decisions due to misaligned interests. Litigation with major customer has been very costly for company.
