      Flexibility time to work and good place to learn to work with various teams, also have great chance to climb the ladder if you willing to take responsibility

      Cons

      Process wise to a bit slow, some middle managers are very lousy, and not doing their job very well, will have to be very careful.

      Great design team. Learn a lot in the project. Great resources for self motivated technical improvement.

      Cons

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
