      They offer a standard salary, lunches in the office

      overtime, rude colleagues, hr doesn't care about anything, if you don't like something you'll be fired quickly

      Pros

      Good place if you like learning by doing. There is a lot going on, so you get exposure to different projects, products, teams, and markets. I also really liked the international environment and the fact that people are generally open, friendly, smart, and easy to work with.

      Cons

      In certain situations, clearer prioritization and more structured planning could make day-to-day work smoother.
