Pros
Indeed a brilliant company when it comes to working atmosphere and culture. Also, one of the largest & fast growing in the industry. Everybody is treated equally and like most of the other good brands it respect talent and encourages new ideas. Also, one of the highly paying company in the industry(If you worth it, you'll get it).
Cons
Cafeteria is boring, flat colored walls and monotonous sitting arrangement. so, in case if you have some leisure time to spend, when not working, you will definitely want to avoid the cafeteria.
