Pros
Not many except if you are lucky you might get to work on something from scratch but few months down the line process becomes same, unrealistic timelines, unnecessary pressure for deliveries which are later not even used or go live for that matter. "Boss is always Right" is the philosophy followed here.
Cons
1. Poor management and planning. 2. Bad politics driven work environment starting from top level. People at managerial levels themselves instigate politics and take active part in it. 3. Very less growth and upskilling opportunities specially if you dont know how to survive corporate politics. 4. Majority people do not have sense of basic manners as to how to talk to your peers esp managerial level. 5. Very difficult to convince senior level for implementing new technologies and stuff.
