Pros
1) Good innovative projects to work on. 2) Out of the box thinking is appreciated and go a long way. 3) Awesome CTO. Very innovation and vision directed. 4) Interesting projects to work on. 5) Company is trying hard to maintain a good work culture and to keep the employee engaged.
Cons
1) Terrible hr policy and the finance dipartment suck. HR is improving over the years. 2) Office politics as usual. 3) Few ppl with too much power. Sometimes your ideas might ignored if they fall on those defeaf ears. 4) Long working hours. Weekend supports are required.
