Pros
The only good thing is that it is a Market leader with good contacs with insurance companies. They have few good, dedicated & efficient people, but most are busy in polictics. So many problems with the company : Politics - lots of it. & Favoritism & a term i cant write here.They dont give a rats behind about employees (sometimes i think customers too!). Most people work like headless chickens - since their is serious lack of direction in management. The management need to take Performance appraisals serisously. they need to do their jobs & take care of people. They need to stop ignoring the contribution of people who dont take part in politics of the company. It used to be a good place to work - not anymore.
