Pros
I worked at Pizza Hut for years before, during and briefly after college. It was a great place to work. I prefer the corporate culture compared to mom and pop shops. There is more professionalism and you are not subject to the whims of the owner. Cleanliness, positive work culture and team spirit were present at all off the locations I worked at. As a driver, the money you can make is very good.
Cons
Many of the cons for Pizza Hut are simply part of all fast food jobs. Cleaning up at the end of a shift is a drag. Dealing with problematic customers while staying positive is hard. Lower pay and low raises are common. Sometimes there can be a disconnect between corporate managers states away and the local team which can cause discontent.
