Pros
Managers are very kind and understanding. It is nice to work with kind people. They are the best managers I have ever had.
Cons
The pay is very low. Sometimes is barely enough even with tips. Considering the wait staff have more duties than waiting on customers and they're are not always customers they should consider higher pay.
