      There really isn't one besides maybe the free pizza, but that's only if you have a decent manager.

      Cons

      Everything else. Seriously there is nothing great about working for this franchise.

      You get free meals and pizza.

      Cons

      Extremely low hours and several work days where you get 4-6 hours of work as if driving there doesn't take 30+ minutes to and from. Feels like the more you do the less hours you get.
