Pros
I always got meals cheap on the days that I had a shift, which was nice. It's a good starter job for a teenager.
Cons
It's really hard to get a raise without being there forever. They didn't make other employees clock out for their 15+ minute smoke breaks (or managers for that matter) but it would be totally out of the question to just take a 15 minute break or nonsmokers. They allowed people to basically blow smoke in your face through the drive thru, and didn't care after multiple complaints. (Despite having laws against it.)
