Pros

Nothing Really. If you do not have your own identity, you may try to use its brand to some extent. 9 months Maternity leave. Paternity leave is also fine.

Cons

1. Being a health-care organization, it never give importance to its employee's health. 2. HR team/ TA team are totally misrepresenting and unqualified. 3. While hiring, they tell all the lies about the Job Title, Team, Responsibilities, Salary, etc. Once you join, everything will be different and nobody will redress your problems. 4. HR managers are completely gross negligent a work. They collude with Managers and oppress the people who are facing problems. There is no integrity at all. 5. Not at all a place for professionals like CA, CS, CWA etc. These TA teams are misrepresenting the professional bodies also by portraying as Manufacturing companies. But, In reality, they will ask you to do back end accounting work. 6. Managers are unqualified and donno how to handle people. 7. Attrition rate is very high due to misrepresentations. 8. The main reason for this behaviour is CEO, CFO and other Executive management is looking into Chennai GBS and the local leads are taking undue advantage of that. 9. They will torture you in Notice Period to hell.

Pros

- Easy commute if you live north of Seattle/Bellevue - Decent cafeteria - Decent compensation

Cons

- The level of apathy amongst colleagues is off the charts. Many people are simply coasting and collecting a paycheck. When you try to be a team player and pick up the slack, you simply become a target for blame. - Due to the extremely lax "return to office" policy, the office often feels quite empty when there is plenty of work to be done. Being onsite M-F often leads to more work with little support. - There is a culture of public shaming, with several meetings every week dedicated to project leads targeting individuals to make up for their own lack of technical understanding.
