Pros

I honestly do not have anything good to say.

Cons

I was lied to on multiple occasions about the state of the team that I was managing during the interview process. I was told that I would have one really good new hire on my first day, and walked into the office to 4 new hires, none of which I would have extended an offer to. The company decided to split the entire sales division in half and create an inside sales division. It was so poorly executed, disorganized, and chaotic. Every rep was reverted to salary and took a minimum of a 5k base cut, in addition to losing all expenses and stipends. Internally the company is a mess, and the product is full of issues. Managers also do not even have a car reimbursement or pay for mileage. The leadership training was absolute trash. I was in a program that had only 3 sales managers, and approximately 38-45 operational/service managers. Managing in sales is significantly different than managing in any other aspect of business. Other companies like ADP, focus on sales management training. If you are looking to develop, this is not the place for you.

Pros

People and the overall environment is a positive one. If you do your part, definite long term career potential. It’s not easy- but stable, growing. Worth serious consideration for early career looking for sales experience with a great training program. Also good for mid-career consideration if base salary isn’t the primary reason you are in sales.

Cons

Very fast pace that doesn’t suit everyone. If you are looking for easy or just a job to “hang out”, this probably isn’t the right spot for you.

Pros

Remote work and Flexible Time Off

Cons

Low pay. Minimal to no career growth. Constant leadership turnover. Conflicting priorities from the top with little strategic direction. Endless “do more with less” mentality and burnout. Mandatory culture and positivity “training” instead of fixing the problems creating poor culture. The company has become reactive, chaotic, and disconnected from the employees who keep it running. Current CEO drove down stock price and eradicated worker morale. Terrible leadership.
