Pros

Very good, entry level people and the company heavily invests in on boarding reps the right way.

Cons

The culture is highly compartmentalized and many mid-level managers have their private fiefdoms. My team specifically was handed mandates and rules that didn't apply to other teams under the same Sales Director. I was terminated without cause based on something that was non-work related and happened during my off time. The CFO told the entire company that we all needed to "... make our own raises..." when asked about a basic, cost of living increase. This was days after the company literally spent billions on purchasing their nearest competitor.

Pros

uncapped commission and good onboarding/training if coming from out of industry

Cons

Since recent Paycor acquisition the company culture has shifted. Sales reps are motivated with fear tactics disguised as accountability. The strategy has become call any phone number that is in service just trying to get a voice on the other end, push through objections and attempt get an appointment that will be a no show. They would rather see a higher number of appointments set rather than quality meetings. This leads to appointments being set that are fake driving up the average and making leadership think they need more and more meetings to create pipeline. Leadership pushes you to work outside working ours like you are running your own business but in the end it's not your business.
