Pros
Always room to move up in the company. Upper management are always wanting feedback from cashier and up the chain. lovely people, like a family.
Cons
If your a general manager you are asked for very strict numbers. I usually spent 55-60 hours per week there. With a family its very difficult to balance. It is easier to move up in the company if your Asian, not impossible, I did it but you have to work twice as hard.
