Pros
Very straight-forward guidelines. You know what your responsibilities are and so do others. Insurance, PTO, sick hours, and 401k are a definite pro. Manager was very understanding and cared for employees and definitely heard the opinions of workers to make operations run smoother.
Cons
Cult like behavior from corporate management. Tend to lead on workers with the false "promise" of promotions. Managers can't hire without Corporate approval causing shortstaffing in store and tend to suddenly hire too many people to cut hours and benefits of employees.
