The best is free meals and meeting new people. It also gives you a lot of responsibility really fast.
Cons
You get put on register on like your 3rd day. You have to memorize lots of information in a few days otherwise you'll get in trouble. You won't get to finish your online training before you start. You are constantly cleaning or dealing with customer complaints or running both the cash register and serving guests.
