      Companies values are strong and all employees are held to the same standard.

      Cons

      Depending on your area manager and your store manager the way the store is ran can vary alot. I went from having an efficient but laid back area manager to a new area manager who was new to the job. I preferred the first she was confident in her job and treated people well.

      Lots of development and investment in managers and team. A lot of personal development and financial opportunity available.
