      The pay is not bad and they offer benefit.

      Cons

      Upper management give you impossible goal. Very demanding managers . They expect you to almost be like a robot, you got to hustle all the time. My manager even didn't give us any 10 minutes break. I have work with many companies and none are as demanding as Panda.

      Lots of development and investment in managers and team. A lot of personal development and financial opportunity available.
