Pros
If you are a student, the hours work well because it is flexible. Food is free during your break, so when they don't allow you to make overtime to afford your groceries you won't starve.
Cons
management is always changing, too many chiefs and not enough indians, lacks structure, and favoritism is rampant, claims to be an equal employer but the majority of management is mostly Asian.
