Pros
fresh vegetables cut in house daily, high standard for food quality, diversity, easy to get raised if you are willing to learn both front and back of the house, you can work at other stores to get more hours besides your home store.
Cons
ridiculous amount of work you have to do each day, pressure from the upper management to take classes like the Landmark (regardless you care about this or not) if you want to move up
