-exposure to global market (technology) -intresting work. You will constantly be challanged, never bored.
Cons
-workload is divided unevenly among department. -unqualified individuals holding management positions (no degree) -lots of closed door meetings among management. -There is a lot of information shared among those that smoke. Individuals that do not smoke work x2 hard as those that do. -A lot of fraternization.
