Pros
Stable company. Moves in the right direction with regard to IFE, and has the infra-structure to keep its customers happy.
Cons
Lot of bloat management. While moving in the right direction, it is not at breakneck speeds. Filled with processes (too many?).that do bog down the flow of a project.
