Pros
Good salary and benefits Great team members (or use to be) The shell of a great company is still there and the possibility of becoming one again exists
Cons
It does not matter if you are the best possible employee available. Hit numbers, provide spot on forecasts, work well with others, do everything asked. If a new upper management is brought in they will bring in there "good old boys or girls" and your loyalty and performance is shown the door. As they downsize staff the overwork the people left. This hurts not only employee moral but results to the customer as well.
