- willing to employ fresh graduated without experience, I could start from very zero - giving oportunities to choose your professional way within given limits - after years of hard working competitive salary - exciting job in field of consumer electronics, possibility to gain a lot of experience - very social, a lot of personal contacts along the way of product from ideas to the market
Cons
- low salary at start point (but maybe pro - no goldminers applying for this job) - parallel management structure Japanese/local - general strong mistrust from Japanese side - no strategic planning, even midterm (or not shared with local management) - invisible project management, fishy definition of roles (today you are a manager, leader, key member,... to be motivated, tomorrow only engineer who shall only follow orders, shut up and work - and when project bumps you are again a manager responsible for the failure)
