Pros
Lots of challenging problems to solve. Benefits are really good.
Cons
Upper management has completely lost its way. Re-org about every 6 months for the past 3 years. Management lacks vision and an adequate product roadmap to keep the company successful in the long run. The grunts have to constantly work long stressful hours to make up for the over commitments to the customers.
