Pros
I honestly have no "pros" that I can mention about the current state of affairs at Panasonic. It use to be a great Company to work for.
Cons
US market managed by the Japanese that think they understand the market place after a few visits. Lack of focus and taking the initiative in the market place. Far to slow to respond to customer needs. Terrible work environment with moral at an all time low. little to no incentive to do well and succeed.
