      Pros

      No pros. Leadership knows nothing technical and has no idea what you are working on. Agreed totally with “going down the toilet” in last review.

      Cons

      Culture is the worst. Terrible Covid policy. No WFH freedom even for a Phd. They will lie to you and say they allow it. When you wfh, the leadership is just not happy. As a phd scientist, joining this company is like career suicide. You learn nothing because there is simply no technology other than those from acquisitions.

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
