      Pros

      Great industry experience. PPG is focused on the safety of their employees.

      Cons

      Pay is on the low end. Management will ask you where you want your career to go but they do not follow through. It seems like they want you to be stuck in the same job for years.

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
