      Pros

      Very easy job. Somewhat flexible hours.

      Cons

      Horrible benefits and pay. Culture is not good. Management has no focus at all. Every six months or so, they ccompletely reset the deck. Very unstable working environment where we are puppets to whatever Home Depot wants, Saturday work days are completely pointless and kill morale.

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
