      Pros

      Professional operation that seems to respect ideas and opinions of employees. Mostly quality employees that take their work seriously. Retirement savings plans are above average. Vacation and personal time allowance is average.

      Cons

      Training plans for new employees could be improved greatly. Communication issues seem to be minor obstacles between management and subordinates. (Of course, that is common in many corporate environments.) Health benefit rates for dependents of salaried, non-exempt employees seem very high for a company with 35K+ employees.

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
