      Pros

      Flexibility and laid back work environment

      Cons

      Upper management is not very appreciative of staff members and how hard an employee works is never noticed. Very disorganized company and tries way too hard to be exactly like Sherwin Williams. Raises are non-existent and hours are awful. A paint store should not be opened on Sunday.

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
