Pros

Canteen isnt bad, you get the occasional free lunch.

Cons

I wouldn’t recommend working here. For anyone interested in learning or developing as an engineer, this isn’t the place. There’s no structured or professional approach to engineering. Processes often feel improvised, and in some cases, tradespeople are left to design systems as they install them, which raises serious concerns about quality and accountability. Safety is another major issue. There appears to be a “safety last” mindset, with HAZOP findings frequently ignored, leading to potentially dangerous working environments. Opportunities for promotion or career advancement are extremely limited. Bonuses are also disappointing and rarely paid out in full. Overall, it’s not an environment that supports professional growth, good engineering practice, or employee wellbeing.

Pros

- Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

Cons

- Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
