Pros
Flexibility to work from home,
Cons
On paper the company sounds good, the reality is disappointing. Work-life balance doesn't exist at all, sleepless days and all the time you are around clock as they have sufficient resources at all. Business have no clue on what they want, thinking they still have Merk's budget and want expensive projects just to find out its expensive and they cannot afford to acquire skills, increasing pressure due to unrealistic timeframes. Always hiding the challenges and difficulties pretending is all fine. Non-stop meetings and virtually you have time for anything else, not even to stand up for a break, as you also have 2 - 3 meetings at the very same time , which last hours and hours. Toxic environment, as soon they realized things are not feasible, they get mad and throw up comments and screams, as they cannot hear the reality. Stocks are drowning, uncertainty for the company Lots of suppliers and contractors just not delivering Changes happen too often, that it cannot be called dynamic, but unstable and without a strategy No transparency, as currently they are doing a lot of layoffs, followed by way too may resources resigning without acknowledging they have a huge issue in front
