Pros
Flexitime Flexible arrangements (WFH) Some nice and knowledgeable people
Cons
Total chaos, constant changes in procedures - most of them impossible to understand, need constantly to reach out to SMEs to get things explained, which are even not in the procedures You get hundreds of emails per day, 80% of which are completely useless for your work. You receive 1,2,3 meetings while you are already booked Work around the clock Lots of people not doing their jobs and-or not competent for the jobs but no action to fire them. In parallel, bad communication- just heard of many lay offs (maybe Organon should have concentrated their efforts to fire the incompetent ones rather than randomly laying off) Stocks very low: I can’t see any future for this company As someone mentioned, no one to cover during my vacation Very poor onboarding - first months here had been awful I really don’t recommend. Think twice before applying; try to open yourself as many doors as you can before accepting a position there.
