      Pros

      Great graduate job to get foot in the door. Decent pay and (mostly) nice teams in labs.

      Cons

      Make you start as a temp then apply for your own job- treated awfully by the agency. Absolutely no progression- unless you want to be a manager there’s nothing for you after a year or two.
