      Flexibility Great Company Mission & Values

      Cons

      Old Merck/MSD ways (& people) carried over and is far from the “start up” progressive culture promoted externally. Employees are encouraged and asked to respond positively for surveys to “win” company awards (HR, best place to work etc) Who you know not what you know = promotion. Lack of transparency with promotions. Poor behaviour is tolerated throughout. Hard to get things done as so many processes and policies. So hard to know who to contact for what.

      Very welcoming environment with people who are alwaying willing to help. Good salary for an intern Very flexable with hours

      Benefits were absolutely amazing and made it worth it.

      Cons

      Constantly changing everything, no matter if it makes sense. Willing to eliminate people immediately to serve their bottom dollar. Look at their stock, you’ll see sudden sharp increases. It’s every time they’ve let everyone go.
