There is little to no direction from the manager, with tasks assigned but without proper explanation, guidance, or context. employees are expected to “sort things out ourselves” without sufficient support. Processes and responsibilities are messy, unstructured, and unclear, which creates confusion and makes it hard to perform effectively. Calls are often scheduled after working hours, affecting work–life balance. Too many unnecessary meetings that do not add value and waste time.
