      Salary & benefits are decent.

      The company mistreats its employees. Values such as trust, respect, and honesty, which ironically are the company's official values, can be used against employees. During meetings intended for resolving technical issues, management covertly evaluates employees' capabilities, possibly resulting in termination. Hence, do not expect genuine support from this company.
