      Great multi-cultural environment, opportunity to get responsibility and present / implement your idea to develop the business. Good salary and benefits with possibility of flexible time and telecommuting.

      Constant changes, need to adapt quickly. Lean organisation with low expectation to accede to team management

      The work environment and management are good, with a healthy work-life balance, but this only applies to certain teams, not universally across the company.

      Cons

      Old employees are paid less (or receive worse salaries) compared to new hires, even when holding the same job title or responsibilities.
