      Pros

      There is a great collaborative culture and of course very intelligent coworkers. The work/life balance is great. Sr. management keeps employees up to date on what is happening with the company. Work life balance is great although as with any job sometimes work overwhelms the home life a bit.

      Cons

      Recognition is great for those in pure sales roles but is practically non existent for those in pure non sales roles. Salary increases are few and far between. Opportunities for advancement are not very good.

      Compassionate employees and very patient. I got a pay increase without even asking after one year

      Pros

      The work environment and management are good, with a healthy work-life balance, but this only applies to certain teams, not universally across the company.

      Cons

      Old employees are paid less (or receive worse salaries) compared to new hires, even when holding the same job title or responsibilities.
