Pros
The pay is decent and the products are good. The work environment and management just needs a bit of work
Cons
Management does not empower employees and help is not given to those who ask. Good products, but work environment is high-stress and unfriendly. Pay is decent but it is not worth it when your co-workers/managers are not there to assist when you are drowning.
