Strong EU cloud sovereignty positioning. Good salary and benefits. For those who thrive in chaotic environments, the UK operation offers the chance to shape direction define processes, and take ownership across a broad remit, although support and guidance are limited.
Cons
Challenges are mostly specific to the UK org. Objectives and KPIs often changed or were not confirmed, making execution difficult. Internal culture was toxic at times due to misalignment and limited support. Critical functions such as legal and compliance are centralised in France slowing delivery. Internal tools and processes were painfully manual for a cloud company. Onboarding and enablement are not in place, so new starters are not set up for success.
