Pros
Good and constructive bosses (at least within my department) QA are helpful with documentation and processes. For Manufacturing, most would be collaborative. Monthly to quarterly celebrated free meals Gym is present Canteen food is not too shabby Colleagues are collaborative Work from homes for white collar workers Transportation is provided Environment smells like a farm. Literally feritlisers(cow dung) all around the area
Cons
Pretty far away (tuas south) Mostly getting stuck in jams if you drive No AWS You are in an isolated area so it feels like you are transported to one of the remote islands of malaysia or indonesia Work load can be pretty high but culture seems good
